We concentrate on the development and production of special valves, owning class 100,000 clean room and over 100 support equipment including CNC processing equipment, vacuum welding equipment, heat treatment furnace, modifying equipment for vacuum surface, etc. Among them, modifying equipment for vacuum surface and vacuum protection welding equipment are developed by us in collaboration with Wuhan University, ZHEJIANG SCI-TECH UNIVERSITY and other universities. We make the best of new equipment and technologies to ensure the stability and reliability of our products.
In order to achieve zero defect and zero leakage, we have established information management mode and strict quality management system to ensure the traceability of each valve and component.
We are able to customize all kinds of valves according to your requirements with our advanced technical team of 60 people, including 25 senior and intermediate engineers. Meanwhile we introduce Solid Works mechanical design software from the United States to carry out professional three-dimensional design as well as accurate fluid and strength calculation.
To ensure the performance of the finished products being able to meet our customer’s requirements, we have established our valve technology laboratory which is equipped with alloy analyzer, direct-reading spectrometer, metalloscope, ultrasonic thickness gauge, helium mass spectrometric leak detector and other precision testing equipment, our valve flow testing bench to simulate working conditions and accurately control valve flow regulation and our physical and chemical analysis laboratory to accurately analyze the mechanical properties, structure and chemical composition of valve materials.
