Super austenitic steels are amagnetic and present good weldability and excellent formability.
Highly alloyed iron-nickel-chromium stainless steels containing molybdenum have been developed to respond to severe corrosion specifications.
Super austenitic stainless steels exhibit great resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion because of high molybdenum content (>6%) and nitrogen additions, and the higher nickel content ensures better resistance to stress-corrosion cracking versus the 300 series. These steels approach the performance of highly corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloys at a significantly lower cost.
API594/BS1868 Design For Cast Steel Swing Check Valve.
Bolted Cover Type.
End Connections: Flange RF, RTJ, Butt Weld are all standard unit
Stopper pins avoid the over travel of a disc
Resilient or metal seats: resilient seats in EPDM, NBR or FKM ensure a bubble-tight seal that meets or exceeds API 598 test requirements. Lapped metal seats or exceed API598 test requirements
Eyebolt hook design upon size ≥4",easy for on-site installation
Cost Efficient, the cost would be less than swing type check valves, with the same functional operation.
Diversity of connection types of international standards, depending on customers.
